Private bedroom was 3 big windows, closet inside, right next to shared bathroom. House is really nice, fridge and stove are brand new. Utilities are included (central air, heat, just wifi which is an extra $15-20 a month). In a nice area, right next to Rhode Island College, Providence College, less than 10 min from downtown and Providence Place Mall. Easy access to bus routes, train station, etc.

There are currently five of us living in the house. I am looking for someone to take my spot in the lease. We are all female college students who work full time in the summer and like to go out and have fun on the weekends. We all are very clean, responsible, friendly and down to earth people. Great group of girls to be around!
