Spacious room for rent in newly built town home in Otay Ranch. The room has its own private full bath and closet. Room is fully furnished with dresser, nightstands, and queen size memory foam mattress.

The rest of our 3 story home includes spacious living room, modern kitchen, office/den, patio, and washer and dryer. Utilities are included, as well as wifi. Rent will be month-to-month, however we would prefer someone who plans to stay for at least 6 months.

Our house is located directly across the street from the Otay Ranch Town Center mall, just off the CA-125 freeway. Walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, and multiple bars. Our housing complex offers its own pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. You will also have access to the community rec center which has two heated pools, another larger hot tub, a gym, picnic areas, and multiple BBQs.

We are a friendly military gay couple and are looking for a single male (no couples), preferably military and gay, and outgoing and friendly. We regularly hang out with our neighbors and friends for happy hour, BBQs, going out in town, and would love if you joined our gang.

We love animals, but we aren’t set up for it at this time so no pets please. Since we are a military household, no drugs of any kind, but cigarette smoking is perfectly fine out on the patio.
