Second floor has the kitchen and living/dining area, and my bedroom/bathroom. All completely furnished. Attached garage with parking spot. You will be sharing the space with my friendly cat, Billie, and me. Rent includes a cleaning service once a month and some utilities.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and beautiful! Walking distance to multiple hiking trails, across the street from a park, tons of cool restaurants and breweries nearby.

I’m a Los Angeles native and college graduate with a passion for art, music, and baseball. I love hanging out at breweries or pubs, and enjoy being outdoors. I work at a major LA museum, and am very easy going.
