Large, fully furnished beautiful room with a sit in window and nice closet in a big family home at the end of a court in a great neighborhood in Antioch. It comes with a Bed with built in drawers, TV and stand, Roku if you need it and is fully furnished.

The bathroom is has two separate sinks and cabinets, one belongs to the roommate. Kids visit off an on but the majority of the time the bathroom will not be shared. I have two Siberian Husky dogs and a third that visits every couple months. Prefer someone that will be safe around the kids and won’t have strangers over to worry about. No couples or pets please, single occupancy. Your own fridge in the garage, and we have washer and dryer, free WiFi, Roku and use of some of the streaming accounts. The bed also has drawers for things and there’s space for a bookshelf or dresser if needed. No deposit, No first and last just your first month of rent and utilities to move in. Month to month no pro-rating.

Total move-in cost is $1000

I work from home and I’m always here with our dogs. My oldest dog visits sometimes and the kids have two rooms. Otherwise it’s just me.
