Oak Spring Way

Room for rent in 3bd/1ba single parent, single family home. Shared living and kitchen spaces. The room is 9’x9’, recently painted a light neutral light gray. The room is very light and gets morning sun, looks out onto the street with a huge tree outside the window. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and well kept. The neighbors and our house are early risers. We’re off Hwy80, walking distance to Rusch park and decent walk/short drive to grocery, gas, food, etc. Equal distance to all three college campuses in the Sacramento/Roseville area.

Our house is named Goldie and within her reside a single mom and son duo. We’re pretty active around the house and our neighborhood. We prefer people who aren’t too worried about noise. :) The house is cannabis friendly and light on adult refreshments. We’re trying to live holistically as much as possible and prefer someone who doesn’t mind our wacky adaptations of that… like no cable, no meat, no microwave, essential oils, meditation, blah blah blah.
