Andrew's room

This is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome in the quiet Stanford Court community of Anaheim, close to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, and accessible to the 5 and 91 freeways. I’m looking for someone to occupy a newly renovated master bedroom with private bathroom. House includes washer and dryer and access to all appliances, private patio, community pool and hot tub, attached 2 car garage with ample storage and plenty of guest parking. Couples are OK but I will ask for a higher monthly rent. The room can also come furnished or not as it is being used as a guest room currently.

I am the owner and will be there only a few days out the week to sleep when I work in the area. I work during the day as a PT and enjoy the outdoors, sports, and an occasional night out with friends. I’m laid back, very clean, and keep to myself.
