Very safe. Clean community. Clean place, with a pool, tennis court for tenants to utilize.

Female roommate, student. Very quiet, friendly and clean. I am not home all that often, so you will have the space to yourself for most of the time. I don’t use the kitchen too often either so you should have that to your avail as well for the most part. Always do my dishes, never have received a complaint from a previous landlord. Pet friendly.
