The house is a one-story home built in 2020. The space available is one of the guest rooms and you will have your own bathroom that would never be used by anyone other than yourself since it is en-suite. You’ll also have your designated space in the kitchen, fridge, and garage. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with pretty new homes. I also have a cleaning crew clean the entire house (including your room and bathroom) once a month, so it does stay nice and clean :)

Our ideal roommie also meal preps like we do so we can keep kitchen use to a minimum. We typically do all our cooking on the weekend since we meal prep for the whole week. This is not necessary but it is preferred.

I’m 31 years old and I work in the engineering field. My boyfriend is 33 years old and is also an engineer.

We are both pretty busy and work at least 5 days out of the week. We are also hoping to find someone who is quiet in the common areas (kitchen) between 10pm and 7am during the week since I am a light sleeper and go to bed early to wake up early for work. The bedroom itself is all the way across the house, so we won’t hear each other from bedroom to bedroom. I have a pet parrot who is quiet through the night and entertaining during the day.

We also prefer that you don’t have frequent guests. I understand if you have a friend or family member come by once in a while, but we’d prefer a heads up when that does occur.
