Option 1: $998 - Entire top floor of home with ensuite bath and two closets. Plenty of room for a sitting area or home office. Separate HVAC for top floor.

Option 2: $998 - Two rooms on 2nd floor each with a closet and adjacent private full bath. Choose your bedroom, and use the other as an office or private living/office space.

Utilities are split evenly and generally fall under $100/month per person (cable/internet/BGE). Water/sewer/trash is paid quarterly and averages $60-100 per person. Professional maid service (optional, can be discussed) for approx. $50/person/month.

One designated parking spot available (first-come). Additional residential zoned parking within one block. Great for in-town commuting via bike, scooter, public transport or walking!

Managed and maintained through a professional property management company - they will require a background and credit check. Application fees may apply.

Security deposit equal to one month’s rent.

Pets accepted on case by case basis with additional deposit. I have a 10lb chiweenie rescue who is here occasionally (but is often with my retiree dad at the beach).
