Hello new roomie! I’m currently living in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Culver City. There are actually three roommates in total, I have my own bedroom, the living room is occupied by another male roomie, and you will have your own bedroom and will be sharing the bathroom with the other roommate. Someone is currently occupying the bedroom but will be moving out August 1st,2019. We have on property washing and drying, and we are surrounded by a lot of restaurants, transportation, grocery stores, and the beach is about 15 minutes away along with shopping centers. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and the neighbors are very friendly. I do ask that you’re dog-friendly because I have a 4-month-old puppy but he isn’t wild, loud, and won’t roam into your personal space. Rent is $655 but the internet, gas, and water are not included in the price. Mindful that all the bills are split evenly between all three of us. Internet is $50 monthly( $16+ each), Water is usually $30 split between the three of us, and gas is usually no more than $10 split between us three. Hello, My name is Jasmine and I’m a 20-year-old college student. I’m currently part-time finishing up my GE’s and prerequisites for nursing. I enjoy outside activities and hanging with my puppy Levi. I’m very quiet and looking for a roommate is on the same page of going to school and having a clean calm environment. My current roommate and I don’t smoke, drink, or throw parties and would respect if those type of activities didn’t happen in the house. We ask that each roommate respects the living space and understand that we are working college students trying to advance to the next chapter in our lives. Each of us is rarely home due to our schedule but we are always available if you need anything from us. We are super friendly and sometimes we get together and grab a coffee and catch up but other than that we normally do our own thing and communicate about house needs, bills, cleaning, etc.
