The apartment is a top floor unit in a four unit apartment building. It’s located in East Asheville in a quiet neighborhood. Your space would include a private bedroom with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen with an eat-in area. Nice sized front porch, room for chairs and small table. The apartment has central air and heating. Utilities are included except for electricity and internet, usually around $75/month. The apartment complex allows one cat, no dogs. There isn’t laundry on-site but there is a washer/dryer hookup in the apartment.
