Available August 16, one bedroom available in a townhouse condo with a full private bathroom and one large closet. Kitchen and living space is shared with two other roommates. House also has a fireplace and a deck. Communal spaces are furnished. Rental price includes biweekly professional cleaning service for bedroom, bathroom and all common areas.

Water is included in rent; electricity, internet, and cable are not (bills typically come to around $80-$100 per person, depending on the time of year). Washer and dryer is located in the unit.

The house is in a quiet townhouse development just adjacent to downtown Bethesda. Easy walk to everything. It is located within walking distance from Safeway, Giant, and Trader Joe’s, Bethesda Row, and the Capital Crescent Bike Trail. Walking distance to Bethesda metro station. There is a 34 bus stop just around the corner from the house. There are designated parking spots for the condo.

We’re looking for a roommate who is friendly and willing to keep their room in good condition. You would be living with two professional men in their twenties.
