Enjoy this cozy comfy honeycomb hideout located in a safe ,convenient, neighborhood without the hassle of multiple roommates.
Room amenities include Full-size bed , 43inch television, WiFi, NightStand Must Be Clean !!!! ….No smoking , Drugs, Pets, loud obnoxious music /Noise… ( I have a disabled child w/ high sensory ) No house guest.. (Children are an exception) ..There is a Shared kitchen area & clean shared restroom
This is a month to month arrangement. Must have security Deposit $250 plus one months rent to move in $850 That’s $1100 Security deposit to be returned within 5 business days of departure (Move Out) minus $150 for pro cleaning of room &carpet, as long as there aren’t any substantial damages to property/room , you will receive $100 back.
Rent is $850 If u don’t have $300 Security Deposit u can pay $100 extra a month to forgo security deposit making rent $950 each month flat each month .
