I have a room available for rent in a spacious mobile home in a quiet area, located in Monroe, Ga. It’s unfurnished. No smoking allowed inside the house per rental agreement. No pets allowed. 1 bathroom (shared). I’m asking for $400 monthly. This will include utilities and wifi. If you wish to use the washer and dryer located in the home, there will be an additional $30 fee monthly for the light bill(it really runs it up). Must be able to pass a background check, the fee is $20, as per the property owner. There is a $300 refundable deposit, plus the first month’s rent.
