Living room features a wood burning fireplace, 55“ TV with Netflix and Amazon programming, and french doors leading out to a brick patio with wrought iron table, cushioned chairs, umbrella, and beautiful golf course views. Bar stools line the bar that overlooks the kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and dining table just off just to the side. You will be steps from the bus stop and a 1.5 mile walk from UNC campus, with your own reserved parking space just outside of the townhome. Within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, you’ll have access to the community swimming pool in season and walking trails year round, not to mention great neighbors!
