About the room
The room is about 11x10. About a 20 minute walk to Marta. Parking available. Quiet neighborhood. There are no furnishings.(I do have some extra furniture that could be negotiated) You would share kitchen with 2 people. Laundry in garage.
About the roomies
I own the house and live in separate mother-in-law suite on lower level, sharing with you only the sunroom and garage on upper level. Using sunroom as studio so would love someone crafty who wanted to also set up there.I have a cat and dog who will be in back yard. Two rooms are rented by 28 and 35 year old men. There is parking and Marta is a short walk. Smoking is not allowed in house. I will require background check ans $650 deposit. Please get in touch by text with more questions
