Two-Room Suite available for rent in beautiful 2-story home near Lake. 2 private bedrooms on 2nd floor connected by a jack-n-Jill full bathroom with lots of natural light. One room can be used for bedroom, the other for an office or tv room, etc. Plenty of closet space and privacy. Rent is $825 per month, plus utilities.

Shared laundry room is on the 2nd floor.

All of the Main floor is shared space and has office, full bathroom, kitchen, living/family room area and dining area/eat in kitchen. Main floor is fully furnished. Fenced backyard with patio and grill. Street parking. Lake access.

We will consider one small dog at an additional price per month. If considered, an additional pet deposit will apply. Absolutely NO cats will be considered due to owner cat allergies.

Absolutely NO smoking of any kind and NO drugs.

My husband and I own the home but are currently living out of state. Our son rents the basement and maintains the grounds. He is a Media Tech and enjoys gaming and music. We have a female tenant that rents the master suite on the opposite side of the 2nd floor. She works full time and enjoys hiking and biking.
