Rent increases to $650.00 per month for 2 adults and $550.00 per month for second person who is a child (under 18 years of age). Your bedroom is lightly furnished with a wooden daybed frame/box spring (which should accommodate either a single or twin mattress), flat panel TV (at least 41 inches), mini-fridge, a floor oscillating fan and bedside lamp. ( *There is also a toaster and/or coffee maker available for use in your room, if so desired). Kitchen privileges include every thing from cutlery & glasses to pots, pans, utensils; along with the electric range, microwave, washer and dryer. Smoking outside is ok if ash tray and proper disposal the butts and ashes (into a trash bag) is used.
I am an empty nester who is creative and loves music of all types and loves to cook for other people, albeit mostly vegetarian these days. I also have two indoor/out door house cats who are brother boys (both have been neutered).
