( there would be a pet fee of 500) Short term leasing options available 3 mo. Min rental option ($2000 mo same for deposit ) 6mo option ( $1800 mo same for deposit) 12 month option ( $1500 same for deposit) Include : covers all utilities, yard, trash, Dish network. I am a female business professional. I travel for work often, usually 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Love cooking, hanging with friends, I am easy going, I prefer to have a roommate that is a professional as well. I am ok with you having co over but want to always keep the line of communication open. Respect boundaries and my home.
I do want to find someone I can share this space with however I do want to have a non drama atmosphere.
