Hiii I’m looking for a girl to replace my spot on our lease! It’s a 4 bed 2 bath, private room with a shared bathroom between two girls (very clean) We live in Fountain Valley on the cusp of Huntington Beach, they’re 3 girls in the house very sweet and super fun we all have a lot of fun together and get along great. We’re all very clean. We live in a very nice neighborhood with great parking. I’m looking for someone that could move in possibly by April! My portion of the rent is $1,043 not including utilities. The utilities vary each month but I never pay more than $100 :)

We all have a really great relationship between the 4 of us we like to go out some weekends when we get the chance being all off the same weekend :) Riley is a sweet funny nursing student who works a ton and also has a German shepherd dog she is very sweet and minds her business and mostly stays in her room

Emily is also very fun we have a lot of night out fun nights together and super funny, she works as a corporate manager and works Monday-Friday 8-5

Mia is the sweetest human and works at Starbucks most days are super early in the mornings, very nice and funny
