Paolina's room

Bright and cozy original Venice home just east of Lincoln. It’s a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. It’s a lovely stroll or bike ride to Abbot Kinney and the beach and boardwalk.

I’m a private school teacher who is up early and then out and about most of the day. I do occasionally indulge in a coach-potato day at home when I have the down time. I love to travel during school breaks, go to yoga in the evenings, and enjoy being home and peaceful when I’m not busy elsewhere.

I am definitely very neat, clean, and quiet and am looking for the same. No drugs, no smoking.

Living with me is also a tiny, silly, cute-as-can-be, six-toed female cat!
