About the room
This is a great room that doesn’t share a wall with any other bedrooms in the apartment, so there’s plenty of privacy and never any noise concerns. I’ve loved living here! The apartment has a huge common space, and the bathroom is one of the biggest I’ve seen in New York. But the true joy of living here is the area – Prospect Heights is brimming with restaurants, bars, cafes, bookstores, and it just feels like home. Being so close to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Public Library and the Brooklyn Museum is a massive perk. It is so easy to commute to and from this apartment, as it’s within walking distance of nearly every single subway line there is! If it sounds like I’m overly enthusiastic about this place, that’s because I am! I’ve had an excellent experience with this apartment.
About the roomies
This is a 4 bedroom (2 bathroom!), so you will have 3 roommates – 2 guys and 1 girl. Two of the roommates are writers, one a playwright and the other writes fiction. Another roommate works in computer science. All are kind, considerate, and sociable. The place has a very relaxed and casual vibe.
