Room has full sized bed, chest of drawers, large cloths closet with ample storage. Have use of bathroom with tub/shower, sink & of course, toilet. You will have kitchen privileges (must supply your own food & drinks). If you don’t want Spectrum, you’ll have to open an internet/TV account with who you prefer.
About the roomies
Married retired couple, 65+. We have 2 Yorkies. We currently use Spectrum for our TV, Phone & Internet. We have only 1 car, but parking for 3-4 vehicles.
