The property is a Sunrise Home located in the heart of Valencia. Near Whole Foods, Westfield Mall, College of the Canyons, Henry Mayo Hospital,Cal Arts, as well as City Hall. All locations are easily accessible by bike.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath property is newly renovated with hardwood floors in the common area, tiled walk-in shower, large mirrored closet and new carpet. The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, tv, WiFi, desk area, work station.

All utilites are included; there is access to the community pool and spa, on site oversize washer and dryer, backyard gas grill, as well as all common areas.

I am the owner and only other resident. I am a busy electrical contractor who leaves for work early, returning home in the afternoon. I take pride in my home, and am looking for a like minded roommate. One year lease preferred, but this is negotiable. Good credit is a must. No drugs of any kind. Moderate alcohol ok.
