This is an open, sunny 2nd floor apartment in Hermosa up on a hill a few blocks east of Pacific Coast Highway. We’re a 10-min walk to the beach, and within walking distance of both Redondo and Hermosa Piers. Plenty of windows let in ocean breeze to keep the place cool during the summer. Washer/dryer in-unit, and utilities totally paid for including water (besides internet which is $40/mo). Tons of storage space including a 1-car garage (2 tandem parking spaces off the street, one for each of us). The place is gorgeous, mostly furnished in commons space (bedroom is unfurnished). The bedroom comes with big mirrors on two of the walls, a black shelving unit/entertainment center, a pet gate (I have a cat), and curtains instead of closet doors. The furniture/pet gate can be removed and closet doors replaced prior to move-in if desired.

A little about me; my name’s Carly, I’m 28 and I work 9-5 as an engineer but I’m planning to start working from home in September. I’m friendly and enjoy being social, but I value privacy and time to myself to recharge. I’m not much of a partier, and not really into the bar scene but I’ll go out to see friends. I don’t have people over too often, and when I do it’s just one or two friends at a time. I like to keep the apartment neat and try to clean as I go. I’m pretty laid back and I’m open to making house rules for things like quiet hours and cleaning.
