We are not far from the train station. We keep a clean house and want a roommate that is clean and clean n s up after himself. The kitchen is available for use and there is a washer and dryer in the garage. Internet and utilities are included in rent, no deposit required.

My husband and I are very happily married. We are both quiet We do have guests sometimes but no one is loud. There is one male roommate. He is also very quiet and pretty much keeps to himself. I am home most of the time and take care of the house. My husband and I are both disabled but he works part time. Everyone gets along so no worries about any yelling or fighting. No drugs permitted, drinking within reason ok, no smoking inside, no pets.We may share meals on occasion. We are looking for someone who is easy going and responsible.
