About the room
I recently renovated my home near NoDa in Charlotte . To make some extra money looking to rent out my second bedroom for a short term stay (3-6 months). It is fully furnished so I wouldnt be able to accept anymore furniture. I have a Labrador puppy that is 4 months old and 5 reptiles. I would be open to allowing another pup in my house but my backyard is not fenced off.
About the house: -Transitioning area near NoDa -Walk to lightrail -semi-fenced in back yard -patio with grill -you will have access to every room besides my bedroom -washer and dryer
About the roomies
I am pretty quite and enjoy going to breweries. I am clean and would like a roommate who is the same way.
