The room is HUGE, clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate king size bed. Therefore, You can bring your own furniture if you’d like. Otherwise if you prefer furnished option - the room will be furnished with twin bed, desk, and chairs. Your Private Bedroom has a large sliding window which makes your room nice & sunny. Also there are brand new hardwood floors to give Your Private Bedroom pleasant look and feel. For your entertainment after a day of hard work - we have installed the cable box in your room. There is wireless high speed wifi connection - to keep you connected at all times. There is no need to worry about any extra bills to your name since all of the utilities, cable & wifi costs are already included and are free to you. AFFORDABLE RENT: Our rent rate is $210 weekly (single occupancy only ). WHAT’S INCLUDED? Free cable. Free Wireless High Speed internet connection. All of the utilities (Gas, Electric, Heat, Hot & Cold Water, Sewer…) are already included in $210 per week. Clean kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. Once a week, professional cleaning service of all common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, laundry). THE HOUSE IS CLEAN: You’ll be sharing common areas in the house with other respectful, well mannered, professionals like yourself. One thing we’d like to make clear from the start - CLEANNESS OF THE APARTMENT IS THE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY! That’s why we expect you as well as others to clean up after yourself every time you use any of the common areas. Moreover, we’ve took it one step further & have hired professional cleaning service to clean all of the common areas once a week. SAFE AREA: One of many major differences that sets us apart from our competition & makes our building very desirable place to live is location in safe & quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from rapidly growing University of Bridgeport. It makes it predominantly student residential area. For that reason, there are UB Public Safety Officers patrol the area on the regular basis and passing by the house at least every 20 minutes. CONVENIENT LOCATION (NEAR BUS & TRAIN) It’s the perfect location for commuters: 2 minutes walk to the bus line & 13 minutes walk to MTA train station. Our building is centrally located near restaurants, downtown & major highways (Easy access to I-95 & Route 8). Walk 5 min to beach & park. It is safe, accessible neighborhood, just few minutes walk to downtown! WHO ARE YOUR ROOMMATES? REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for SINGLE clean, quiet, nice, and respectful professional to share this place. (SINGLE or DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ONLY). We prefer a long-term tenant.

Currently 2 rooms are occupied with well mannered, polite and respectful single professionals (male & female) in late 20’s and mid 30’s. Everyone is busy working during the week and out on the weekends, therefore you will hardly see anyone at all.
