Super cool house in Ardmore looking for a cool new roommate. Ardmore is a super-trendy suburb close to the city with tons of new restaurants and bars (including world-famous Tired Hands Brewery, Shake Shack, etc). The house is just 10 minutes’ walk from ‘downtown’ Ardmore and is right in between two train lines (Paoli-Thorndale Regional Rail and the Norristown High Speed Line) for easy commuting (also free parking). The house itself is a recently-renovated 3-story twin with a huge backyard and rear deck.

The house currently has young professionals, one male and two female (engineer, grad student, etc). Not too many wild parties, but plenty of chilling around the fire pit with a few beers!
