Available from September - November 2019. Awesome master bedroom with very large walk in closet. Fully furnished bedroom and apartment, AC window unit in bedroom. Free street parking (no permits needed). We have a dishwasher as well as in unit washer/dryer. Unit is above a restaurant/bar - noise can be heard but the restaurant closes at midnight and turns down the music at 10:00. We are the only unit so you don’t have to worry about neighbors or being too loud! Awesome area, very walkable and close to public transportation. There is a Whole Foods less than a mile away, and Mariano’s or Trader Joe’s a 7 minute drive.

Both me and my roommate are 25 year old females. I work as a preschool teacher so I have a typical business day schedule (M-F 8-5). I like to be clean and try to clean the apartment once a week, and do a deep clean once a month. My roommate is going to school part time and works irregular hours at a brewery.
