The complex is a small secure building set away from the road, near the river and north of 694. It is about 2-3 blocks from a NorthStar Commuter rail stop. There is also a nice county park behind the property with walking paths. There is one parking spot available for the apartment (currently used by me) & garages available for $50/mo. Unfortunately, the complex does not accept pets.

The apartment has newer laminate hardwood floors, updated cupboards, countertops and appliances. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and recently updated windows. The only utilities not included in rent is electricity and Internet.

While there are no fancy building amenities, the location and overall price is a very good value for the area. Also, the apartment is located on the ground floor, directly next to the laundry room.

I’m the only other person living here currently (as my former roommate moved in with his girlfriend). I work 40+ hours weekly and enjoy relaxing (often in the living room) over TV, movies and the occasional board/card games with a friend or two. I’ve been a church musician and am a gay Christian in my 40’s. Recently, I started dating a guy long distance, so we often do long video chats at night. I’m quite laid back, generally quiet and prefer no parties, although small gatherings can be ok. While my own bedroom is cluttered, I work to maintain clean and tidy shared spaces. I’m looking for someone who fits this basic description and has similar needs in a roommate.
