We have a large, master bedroom and an accompanying sun-drenched office area for rent – both fully furnished and move-in ready! Great for students nearby at Tufts, or working professionals who need a home office space.

The bedroom itself is large enough to fit a queen bed and desk, and has a walk-in closet with hand-crafted, convenient shelving. The office is sunny, and could be repurposed as a studio or yoga room. Both rooms are available fully furnished, but we can work something out if you have your own furniture.

You’d have 1 full bathroom to use on the 1st floor, which also contains the washer and dryer (the other roommates and the cat use one on the 2nd floor). We each have our own rooms, but we enjoy shared spaces including a living room with a TV, a spacious kitchen with new appliances, and a sunny back deck overlooking fruit trees in the backyard. High speed internet, gas, and electric are set up, but aren’t included in the rent price (split 4 ways it isn’t bad though).

In the heart of Medford, you’re a short walk to the shops and restaurants in the center of town, and to the nearest MBTA Bus Lines. We’re nearby to tons of shopping and entertainment in Assembly Square and Station Landing, including food, department stores, bars, and the Encore casino. Also a short drive or bus ride to the Wellington Orange line stop. If you have a car, we’re right off of Rt. 93 for easy access to Boston and Cambridge, plus there’s a private driveway that parks 2 (which we share), and ample free, safe street parking.

We’re a group of laid back, nerdy young professionals in a beautiful 2 floor apartment in Medford. There are currently 4 of us in total (2 male, 2 female) in our early-mid 20’s. I’m looking to replace myself on the lease (or sublet), leaving a large, fully-furnished bedroom and office available. We have an adorable cat name Finn who’s friendly, clean, and well-behaved. We would prefer roommates without additional pets to bring, in case they don’t get along with Finn. We’re pretty friendly folks, spending a bit of time in common areas of the apartment, and occasionally cooking meals, grabbing drinks, playing games, or going for runs together. The apartment is spacious enough, however, that you’d still able to have privacy and time to yourself. Three of us work in tech, and one of us is a student, and in our spare time we like to cook, make drinks, run, play video games and board games, watch movies, and explore new fun places in Boston or nearby. We’re respectful neighbors - not the loud or partying type, and we like to keep the place clean, but not be too uptight about it. We have a dishwasher, which makes cleaning easier, and we have trash, recycling, and composting pickup (we try to be environmentally conscious!). Looking for someone nice and respectful to come join the crew!
