Scholes Street

I’m looking for a roommate in a super cute 2/1 apartment for $1,500 starting in August or September with furnished living area and kitchen (possibility for a furnished bedroom as well) in the heart of Williamsburg! The pictures show the current state of the apartment as I don’t move in until August, but I have the furniture for the living space. The living space and kitchen are huge, and the bedroom is bright, big, and has a lot of closet space. The apartment has central A/C with controls in each room, laundry in the building, a full-size fridge and gas stove, and is located behind the courtyard. It’s less than a 5 minute walk from the L, J, and M trains as well as stores, restaurants, and trendy bars. Heat and hot water are included.

I’m an incoming grad student relocating to New York, and am both terrified and excited. I’ll have a (hopefully) full-time job, and going to class a few evenings a week. I’m very studious, quiet, and clean, but I love to go out and explore as well as entertain. I love to bake and cook, so there would never be a shortage of baked goods. I have the most precious black kitty who loves snuggles, snacks, and new people with all of his dumb little goblin heart named Guinness who will be moving with me as well.
