THE APARTMENT: Room for rent on the cusp of Bed-Stuy and Clinton Hill. The neighborhood has many diverse options of restaurants, ranging from Thai to Cuban to Senegalese and myriad of bars to fit any mood. 24 hour laundromat right across the street. The G-train is only a 6-7 min walk so you’re only a couple stops away from Williamsburg or downtown Brooklyn with plenty of buses right around the corner as well. The apartment is on the second floor of a pre-war building with a Chinese food spot and bodega right on the first floor - super convenient.

The room is on the smaller side, measuring at 7 x 11 feet but can fit a bed, desk, chair and dresser. Comes with the A.C. Possibility of coming with the bed.

The room is $750 a month, plus utilizes that range from $80 - $120 a month depending on weather with a $600 security deposit.
