We have a room available for $850 -all utilities included -gas, electric, water, WiFi, and basic cable. It is 9’5“ x 11’2“ with an under-staircase closet which is 7’3“ x 3’3“ on the first floor of a 2890 sq ft home in the beautiful Lakeland Hills neighborhood in South Auburn. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. The common areas include a formal living room, formal dining room, kitchen with island and small eating area, family room with a gas fireplace, a laundry room, two shared bathrooms, and a nice yard with a patio and gas barbecue for use. There is parking available on the street or possibly a garage stall or driveway. The house does have a 3 car garage with two of the stalls already occupied. The room has recently been painted and the carpet cleaned. Sorry but no pets, kids, or smokers allowed.

The house is occupied by my two boys and my nephew. They range in age from 23-18. They are all pretty quiet and low key. One of them works graveyard shifts; another just passed his EMT certification and will start working soon and attending college in the Fall; the last one will also be attending college in the Fall and is working a part time job. They are very responsible, trustworthy, and easy going. The house is picked up and clean.
