About the room
The house is a four bedroom two bath home with a small back yard. Close to schools, parks, and shopping. The house has an exercise room, guest room, laundry room, living room, and kitchen to share. Pets welcome with extra deposit. The room for rent includes a separate bathroom with bath and shower. Garage space available for an extra $75 a month, but plenty of on street parking. Full sized bed available if wanted.
About the roomies
I am the owner of the home, and the only one living there. I am 34 years old, female, and stay pretty busy with my career. I am a huge fan of animals, and I have three cats and a small dog that also share the home. I love gaming, but Iām also a fan of the outdoors. Iām looking for a roommate that might want to play video games, or watch tv, or go do something fun, but Iām also respectful of the need for space, and Iām fine if you want alone time too.
