First and last rent required at move in. It’s a furnished room available starting August 1st. Shared bathroom. Rent includes kitchen privileges, washer and dryer use, and wifi. It’s located in South Whittier, close to the couple different shopping plazas. Females preferred.

Mother and daughter with a spare room to share. Smoking friendly but only outside. There’s two friendly dogs on site, but can’t bring in anymore. No animals at all. I’m still in school and work part time. My mom is retired so she’ll always be home, but we’re both friendly and open.
