My Story Good morning! I’m Nathan. I’m a 46 year old attached highly liberal and open minded man, with an entire 3rd floor; 2 rooms, to rent in in my split level home. Your rent $750 a month includes the entire 3rd floor, shared common areas (kitchen, bathroom, livingroom, driveway, laundry room. I have a washer and dryer and use of those are included with your rent. You’ll have some cupboard space in the kitchen, fridge space, space in linen closet, a parking space in the driveway, wi-fi, Youtube TV. Also included in your rent is gas, electric, garbage, recycling, snow plowing. As I said I’m extremely liberal, open minded, accepting of everyone as a member of the human race. You should be to, or it won’t work. My girlfriend usually stays here a few nights a week, most weeks. Sometimes less, sometimes more. As for me I’m mostly quite, I do like to play my music loud when cleaning or gaming on my PC, my computer room is soundproof. I like to watch movies throughout the winter and spend as much time outside as possible in the summer (all 3 months of it). I have monthly game nights; board and card games, and in the summer I have about 3-4 BBQ/Pool parties. I am a NON-SMOKER and so are you, not even outside. I drink socially and am accepting of 420 though I usually don’t participate. Also I’m very close to may family, my parents are awesome and over once or twice a month for dinner, movies or games. I work 4-5 days a week. The neighborhood is awesome, nice family starter homes, I know several of my neighbors and kids play up and down the street. I am 4 minutes from 390 and walking distance to the mall, food and all the shopping you could want.

Also, I’m really social and talkative (if these several paragraphs didn’t tell you that already). As you can see by some of the photos I have a fully fenced yard, a heated above ground pool, driveway, you know normal house stuff. I also have a 4 year old alhasa apso who is from an abused home so she doesn’t like strangers very much. Otherwise she’s a lover and would prefer it if I was a woman. She doesn’t really like men very much.Because Stevie doesn’t like men I’d prefer to rent to a woman, but I’m happy to rent to a man as well if he’s a fit. As an example I have a good friend, Brandon who is here at least twice a month and every time it’s like she’s never seen him. Sometimes he’s here and all is quiet, then he gets up to go to the bathroom and the barking ensues. You and your dog or cat are welcome so long as they get along with my dog, and I have records that all their shots, flea and worm treatment are current and in use.
