Jersey Avenue

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to renew my lease with, my ex roommates (couples) are moving out as they are getting married :) The apartment is a 2BR 2 Bath in Cast Iron Lofts a luxury apt building on the border of JC and Hoboken. The room that is being rented out has a private bathroom. The rooms will be available ~Aug 1 and ~Sept 1.

Free shuttle rides to the path. Building amenities include pool, gym, sauna, roof deck, concierge, etc. Unit includes washer dryer. There is a parking garage in the building, and also street parking.

I work at a large corp in NYC as a Data Scientist. I graduated from Stevens last year! When I’m not working I spend most of my time reading, watching TV, trying new cuisine. The apartment is spacious with a lot of sunlight and oh the view is breath taking!
