The room is a 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom apartment. I do not have the apartment yet as I need someone to room with to apply first, but that won’t be a problem. There is a large pool, a gym, basketball courts and other amenities. The washer, dryer and all major appliances are included.

My name is Alex. I am a 20 year old male looking for a like-minded person to share an apartment with. I work an entry level corporate accounting job near The Trails at Rockwell. This will be my 3rd year in college at UCO as an Accounting major. I have a great credit score, I play PC games, I am very clean, and I am into minimalism. (The pictures of the place are the complex’s decorating and stock photos but it gives an idea) I do not smoke, will not tolerate drug use, and prefer you do the same and respect that. Just be a decent human being who will pay their bills on time… That’s all I ask. I do not have the apartment officially yet as I need a roommate to apply with.
