Room is a great size can fit a queen with night stands on both sides and room for dressers. Feat a step in closet. Window has shutters. Ceiling fan with lights. Restroom is across the hall. Parking on the street. In menifee in between 215/15 really close to msjc. Newer community 7yrs old very quiet area. Can install a lock with key for your own safe keeping. Two different rooms to choose from up to you. Washer and dryer in the pantry use as much as needed. Utilize the kitchen as we hardly ever use that or the living room lol.

4 bedroom house with me and my hubby and our two dogs. We both work a lot so would be nice to have a roommate who could be a friend. We’re very chill laid back. We stay in at times and bbq, have game/movie night. Drink socially.
