Looking for a room for you and your best friend or for a couple or just for yourself? Available for lease starting the month of July, with terms of 3, 6 and 12 months. The apartment complex is considered luxury apartments. The complex is located in Inglewood but we are right by the border of El Segundo. The neighborhood is very safe, the parking and apartment complex is gated with security on site and key fobs/gate codes are required to get inside the complex. The room is fully furnished and consist of two beds or can be made in to a queen, two small 3 drawer dressers next to each bed and one large 6 drawer dresser with an oversized 3 door closet and a smart tv that includes Netflix, prime video. The rent includes all utilities and WiFi, along with your own separate bathroom. Just like the bedroom, the apartment is fully furnished with complete kitchen (coffee maker, pots & pans, island with barstools Etc). The living room has a 65“ Smart TV with a comfortable couch that is available for everyone to use. The apartment has lots of great amenities which include 24 hour fitness center, bike racks, Co-working space with WiFi, package receiving, residents lounge with pool table, resort style pool and jacuzzi, yoga and training room, smoke-free community, two outdoor BBQ spaces, and the complex is located right in front of the Aviation/LAX Metro station. ****** We are 1.6 miles away from LAX airport where Uber/Lyft rides cost about 6-8 dollars each way but you can also use the LAX bus shuttle that runs every 20 minutes, which takes you directly to your terminal. Shopping centers/ malls are within 3 miles, Manhattan beach is 3.5 miles away, food within 2 miles, along with gas stations within walking distance. With the convenience of having the metro so close to the complex there is little need for a vehicle but parking is available for an extra charge as we have our two vehicles parked in the garage already.

My boyfriend (Alex) and I (Gloria) are the two residents you will be living with along with a very friendly and loving service dog named Bucky who is a Belgian Malinois, he has a light short haired coat so no need to worry about shedding or hair all over the apartment, we are also very clean and only ask that you wash whatever dishes you use and clean up any mess that you make.
