The living room with a balcony and a mountain view, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen are the common areas for both roommates to share. The bedroom has a lock and you will have a key. You will also have an access card to the building entrance and all building amenities ( heated pool, gym, club room, game room, etc.)
Enjoy heart-of-the-city living with a fantastic location in downtown Denver. Walk to all 16th Street has to offer or to your office on 17th Street. Stroll to LoDo’s brewpubs and nightlife.
