I have a furnished private bedroom/bathroom for ONE mature FEMALE responsible adult in my quiet 4 bedroom Goodyear home. The private bedroom has a bed, chest of drawers, 2 lamps, 1 side table, desk with an attached bathroom. There will be access to the kitchen, assigned kitchen cabinet space, Washer and Dryer, free WIFI . Utilities included and street parking. My home is near supermarkets, community park, restaurants, pharmacies and I-10 fwy. There is NO smoking of any kind on my property, No pets, No couples, No drugs, No overnight guest(s), No working from home, No felonies and No loud music . Must show proof of income and hold a current AZ government ID.
About the roomies
My home is occupied by two full time professionals along with homeowner that works from home 2 days a week and available July 14. Shown by appointment only.
