The entire downstairs of the home consists of a very large bedroom and living room space as well as bathroom and storage. Shared spaces will be the kitchen, laundry room and garage. Your space may be closed off from the rest of the house but doesn’t offer a separate entrance. The space can be furnished or not. The bed in the pictures is a king size. The paint can be changed as well if you are not diggin the color. Conveniently located near Anschutz medical center. Close to I-225, I-70, DIA and light rail.

The only other person living in the home is myself. I am a professional female that is pretty easy going and doesn’t like drama. I am looking for a like-minded individual to share my 4 bedroom home. I enjoy going out spending time doing various activities like hiking, shopping or just hanging out with friends and family. I have family or friends visit from time to time but will let you know in advance of anyone staying. I am a respectful and pretty quiet person. I find myself inside more in the winter months as I don’t like to be cold so there is usually Netflix binge watching going on if you are interested in joining me on occasion I’d be cool with that. If we become friends great if you are antisocial and want to keep to yourself I get that too.
