Hello! Private room with private bathroom for rent - in West Delray Beach. This private room is located next to turnpike and Delray marketplace. It is 7 min from I-95. We are located 15 min from FAU, Lynn and PBC.

My name is Jimena and I am a student in FAU. My boyfriend and I are renting our guest room with private bathroom, preferably to another student or person that works full time and has a stable income.

Private room/bath includes:

• Use of laundry room inside apartment
• Use of Kitchen and living areas
• Apartment community has a pool area.
• We are in the second floor and we have an awesome view in our front yard. -Window of room has view to lake. -There is parking for only 1 vehicle.

Since we are students, **we are looking for a roommate that is a student or has a full time job, is a non-smoker, no pets, no overnight guests, calm, very clean, and preferably a female. **

Just in case, we also have a small chihuahua.

***We will also require

• a background check
• Security deposit -$575 - which will be returned when the person moves out.
• Payment for the First and Last Month
• A lease for at least 6 months - which will require notice a month in advance if the person would like to move out. -*Also before moving in, the HOA of the apartment community requires an application for any person that is moving in. The cost is $100. We will pay $50- half of the cost of the application
