No alcohol, drugs, drinks, and smoking inside/outside the house. Neighborhood is quiet and kid friendly. All utilities including gas, water, electricity, as well as high speed WiFi are included in the $750 rent.
Feel free to use the laundry as it’s available.
Must pass background check (renter is responsible for any fees/cost). $750 rent is with an agreement of a 12 month lease (negotiable).
