Unique architecture with modern conveniences. Apartment has an expansive bedroom with queen bed and additional sitting area. The centerpiece of the bedroom is the gorgeous river rock fireplace. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, along with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all the utensils and dishware for entertaining and cooking. The kitchen has an eat-in breakfast area that seats two in addition to a large dining room that seats 4. The living room has a sleeper couch that can provide additional sleeping space for 2. There is a 55’ flat screen TV in the living room with access to Netflix and Hulu and we provide free high speed Wi-Fi access.

This apartment is steps away from Minneapolis landmarks such as the Walker Art Center, Loring Park, and the Basilica. Within walking distance to both downtown and uptown Minneapolis, there are a plethora of bars, restaurants, shops and other entertainment at your fingertips. Close to historic music venues such as First Avenue and world class theaters such as the State and Orpheum. Also nearby are the sports venues that are home to the Timberwolves, Vikings, and Twins. Additionally, there are many eclectic art galleries all over the city that suit a variety of interests.

If you’re looking for outdoor activities there are plenty of choices. Bike trails, walking and running paths, sailing, canoe, kayak, paddle boarding, cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, swimming and no fewer than ten gyms and yoga studios are all located close to the apartment.

There are multiple options for getting around the city. Besides walking, Minneapolis is an incredible biking city and there are bike rental stations located all over, including multiple locations steps from the apartment. Uber rides, taxi cabs, and buses are other great options for getting where you need to go.
