Come share our beautiful home in east Petaluma. Located near open space, walking trail, shops, restaurants and the Santa Rosa JC. I have two newly remodeled attached bedrooms with a private bathroom for $1500 or one bedroom and private bathroom for $1200. We will share entire house, laundry & backyard.

My adult son (26) and I share the house. Both work full time outside the house and enjoy living in a pretty relaxing setting. We are easy going, liberal and respectful and definitely like our quiet time to chill in the evenings during the work week.
