I recently bought a house in Lincoln in an amazing neighborhood. It was built in 2013, so everything is new. I have an extra bedroom and private bathroom available for the right person. I live in a beautiful area with walking trails all around. My listing includes all utilities, and I have Hulu/Netflix. I have a cute little dog who is also around, but he is hypoallergenic.
About the roomies
I live by myself although my boyfriend will be over sometimes or I will be gone sometimes. I have a cute little terrier (12 lbs) who will also be on the property.
